This Privacy Policy explains how Leaf and Light Studio (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use Censure This! (the “App”).

Summary

• We do not use third-party analytics/telemetry in the App.
• We do not collect your name, email, or contact info unless you choose to email us.
• The App may use Meta platform services for entitlement, identity, and in-app purchases (IAP).
• At launch, the App is designed to be single-player and offline-friendly.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Support email: If you contact us at leafandlightstudio@gmail.com, we will receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and the contents of your request).

Information from Meta / device platform

The App may rely on Meta’s platform features to confirm that you own the App and to enable optional platform features. Depending on your settings and the features you use, this may involve:

• Meta user / device identifiers (e.g., a platform user ID) used for entitlement checks and platform services.
• Purchase information for in-app purchases (IAP) processed by Meta.

We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchases are handled by the platform provider.

Diagnostics

We do not run our own analytics. However, the platform or device operating system may generate crash reports or diagnostics to help improve stability. The availability and content of those reports depends on your device settings.

In-app purchases (IAP)

The App offers optional in-app purchases. Transactions are processed by the Meta platform. We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can grant the content in the App.

Leaderboards and online features

The App includes score systems and may include leaderboards. At launch, the App is intended to work offline. If/when online leaderboards or co-op features are added, the App may use Meta platform services to share your score and a platform identifier with other players. We will update this policy if the data handling changes.

How we use information

• To provide the App and its features (including restoring purchases).
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve stability (through platform-provided diagnostics where available).

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With Meta and platform services when needed for entitlement, IAP, and optional platform features.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data retention

We keep support emails only as long as needed to respond and maintain records for troubleshooting. Local game data is stored on your device unless a future update adds online accounts or cloud saves.

Children’s privacy

The App is intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Your choices

• You can contact us to request deletion of support emails you sent (when feasible).
• You can manage platform privacy and diagnostics settings through your device / Meta account settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
