1) Summary

• The Game is intended for ages 13+.
• The Game may use Meta platform services (e.g., matchmaking, leaderboards, in-app purchases).
• We do not collect precise location.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2) Information we collect

Depending on how you play, we may collect:

• Account & identifiers: Meta user identifiers and profile/display name as provided by Meta platform features (for multiplayer and leaderboards).
• Gameplay data: session info, game progress, scores, match results, class selection, and in-game events needed to run leaderboards and gameplay features.
• Device & technical data: device type/model, operating system version, language, and performance/crash logs (to maintain and improve the Game).
• Purchases: records of in-app purchases (cosmetics) and ownership status, as provided by Meta’s commerce systems.
• Communications: if you contact us by email, we receive what you send (e.g., email address and message).

Note: Voice chat is a social feature. The Game supports voice communication in multiplayer lobbies/matches. We do not run a separate voice recording service. If you choose to record or stream your gameplay using platform tools, that recording is controlled by you and/or the platform.

3) How we use information

• To provide multiplayer features (lobbies, matchmaking, party/session management).
• To calculate scores and operate leaderboards (local room board and global rankings).
• To process and verify in-app purchases (cosmetic items) and entitlements.
• To keep the Game secure (anti-abuse signals, moderation support, and handling reports).
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
• To respond to support requests.

4) Sharing of information

We may share information in limited situations:

• With Meta platform services as required to operate matchmaking, leaderboards, and purchases.
• With other players (for example: your display name, presence in a lobby, and leaderboard scores).
• For safety and legal reasons if we believe disclosure is needed to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect users.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) User reports & moderation

The Game relies on Meta’s reporting tools for user reports. Reports may be encrypted and stored by Meta for a limited period as part of the platform’s reporting workflow. We may review report details to address abuse or policy violations.

6) Analytics

At this time, we do not use third-party analytics SDKs outside of what is provided by the platform. If we add analytics tools in the future (for example, to measure performance or engagement), we will update this policy.

7) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Game and for legitimate purposes (such as security, compliance, and troubleshooting). Some data (like platform reports and purchase records) may be retained by Meta under their own policies.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s privacy (13+)

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10) Your rights

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, when adding cloud saves or new online services). We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date.
