Data Deletion
1. Send your request
Use the email link above or write to leafandlightstudio@gmail.com. State that you want data associated with Car Crash Arena deleted.
To help us locate the correct leaderboard entries, include:
- Your Meta Horizon username or display name exactly as it appears in the Game.
- The affected leaderboard or statistic, if known: maximum coins, maximum green fluid, or maximum XP.
- An optional screenshot of your leaderboard row.
Never send your Meta password, access token, app secret, payment information, or a sensitive identity document.
2. Verification and completion
We may request limited additional information needed to verify and locate the request. After reasonable verification, we will respond and complete eligible deletion requests without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. This mechanism is available to all users regardless of geographic location.
3. What Leaf and Light Studio can delete
- Eligible Car Crash Arena leaderboard entries associated with the requester, using available Meta developer tools.
- Eligible support, deletion-request, or security-report communications under our control.
- Any other Car Crash Arena personal data under our control that can be located and is not legally required to be retained.
Leaf and Light Studio does not maintain a separate developer-operated server database containing Meta Horizon User IDs, display names, profile images, or friends lists. The Game does not use Meta profile images.
4. Remove local Game data from the headset
The Game stores identity labels, progress, settings, and optional photo-mode images locally on the headset. Leaf and Light Studio cannot remotely erase files stored only on your device.
Use the Meta Quest headset's app-storage controls to clear Car Crash Arena data, or uninstall the Game. This removes the Game's locally stored app data from that headset.
5. Meta account-level data
Leaf and Light Studio does not control your general Meta account or account-level Meta Horizon profile. Requests concerning account-level records outside Car Crash Arena must be handled through Meta's privacy and account tools. We will provide reasonable assistance where a request concerns our use of Meta Horizon platform features.
For the complete explanation of data use, local storage, leaderboards, VR input, and retention, read the Car Crash Arena Privacy Policy.
