1) Summary

• The Game is intended for ages 13+.
• The Game is a paid solo VR vehicular combat arena for Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, and Meta Quest 3S.
• The Game does not include multiplayer, matchmaking, private rooms, or voice chat at this time.
• We do not knowingly collect precise location.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2) Information we collect

At this time, the Game is designed as a solo experience and we do not directly collect personal information through our own account system, website forms, multiplayer servers, or voice chat systems.

Depending on how the Game is distributed, played, or updated, the following information may be processed:

• Platform information: Meta platform services may process account identifiers, entitlement/purchase status, device information, and other data needed to install, launch, and operate the Game.
• Gameplay and technical data: if platform tools or diagnostic features are enabled, technical information such as device type/model, operating system version, language, performance logs, and crash reports may be processed to maintain and improve the Game.
• Future features: if features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, achievements, downloadable content, or additional platform services are added, we may process limited data needed to provide those features. This policy will be updated if those features materially change data handling.
• Communications: if you contact us by email, we receive the information you send, such as your email address, message content, and any files you choose to include.

3) How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Game.
• To verify platform entitlement and purchase status when required by Meta platform services.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety, integrity, and security of the Game.

4) Sharing of information

We may share or process information in limited situations:

• With Meta platform services as required to distribute, launch, verify ownership, update, and support the Game.
• With service providers if we later use technical tools for crash reporting, diagnostics, cloud saves, analytics, or similar features. We will update this policy if such tools are added in a way that changes this policy materially.
• For safety and legal reasons if we believe disclosure is needed to comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect users, the Game, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Multiplayer, voice chat, and leaderboards

The Game does not include multiplayer, matchmaking, private rooms, or voice chat at this time. Leaderboards and achievements are not confirmed at this time. If we add leaderboards or similar social features, information such as scores, rankings, and platform display names may be visible to other players, and this policy will be updated as needed.

6) In-app purchases and additional content

The Game is planned as a paid title with no in-app purchases at launch. Future additional content may be added, but it is not currently defined. If purchases or downloadable content are added, purchase and entitlement processing may be handled by Meta platform services, and this policy will be updated if necessary.

7) Analytics

At this time, we do not use third-party analytics SDKs outside of platform-provided tools. If we add analytics, crash reporting, cloud saves, or other technical services in the future, we will update this policy to describe the relevant data handling.

8) Data retention

We keep information only as long as necessary to provide the Game, respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Game. Platform-related data may be retained by Meta according to Meta’s own policies.

9) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Children’s privacy (13+)

The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11) Your rights

Depending on your location, including Brazil’s LGPD, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used. To make a request, email leafandlightstudio@gmail.com. We may need to verify your request.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves, including if we add leaderboards, achievements, cloud saves, analytics, downloadable content, multiplayer, or other online services. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date.
